We all need a little help with exercise sometimes, whether we’re just starting out, lacking motivation
or you’ve been training for a while and not seeing any results. Still, there are people who shy away
from training, unsure what they’ll get out of the experience.
Personal Trainers are there to give you the help, motivation and advice you need to get the results
you want and to design programmes tailored specifically to your needs.
If you want to tone up, build muscles mass, build fitness, help with a rehabilitation programme or

All sessions are an hour long. Your first sessions will start with a brief consultation so I know what
you want to achieve in the gym, then a programme can be written to meet your needs.
Any measurements and photos will also be taken to monitor your progress then the training can start.
Prices: If you were to pay upfront for your sessions
One session: £30 per hour
Silver Package: 3 sessions - £75 (£25 per session – saving £15)
Gold Package: 5 sessions - £115 (£23 per session – saving £35)
Platinum Package: 10 sessions - £200 (£20 per session – saving £100)
